Particularly noted the past few years is the increase in size… from 1- bay buildings with 6-8’ equipment rooms to 6-10 self serve and 2-3 automatic bays with 10-16’ equipment rooms. The market has progressed to using our galvanized roof structures for brick and block walls, which has been very popular. Some areas still use the completely galvanized buildings due to the cost factor.

All car washes are subject to constant environmental changes of not only high moisture content but also detergents and other chemicals, which cause unprotected surfaces to deteriorate! Monitor car wash structures are totally galvanized to prevent such problems. To further prevent deterioration, only stainless steel fasteners are used on galvanized structures.
