The prospective location must be evaluated on several vital areas: area profile & demographics site visibility & accessibility lot size & configuration traffic type, flow, count, average speed proposed hours of operation competition's location, strength, image existence of gas station and/or C-store

Additional things to consider:

• Is the lot zoned for a car wash?
• Have you filed for the required building permits?
• Are all needed utilities available?
• Will a water reclaim plan be necessary? 
• Is sewer service available?
