You have selected to go with a steel 3 deck conveyor design. This product incorporates all the lastest conveyor

features such as a sprocket with chain guard, plastic rollers, loose chain sensor mounting, steel center deck upgrade,

a hydraulic power unit with an oil cooler, and a roller locator system to prevent jams.

The pit grating is a material called fibergrate that is capable of supporting a car, yet it is lighter and looks better than steel grating.

The correlator is a stainless steel system with a simple low maintenance design. There are no bearings or maintenance

areas on the system. The rollers lift out for easy cleaning and slide on UHMW bushings.

The mirror entry arch contains two 12" diameter columns that support an overhead mirror to assist the customer

with loading on the conveyor. This is typically used when you are using a human to guide on cars and use the

overhead mirror for assistance.

Triple Presoak Module applies different dilutions of chemical to different areas of the vehichle elevating cleaning on

bumpers and front and backends. This is the most important component when it comes to cleaning and breaking road

film before going into the friction. The first manifold applies to the front of the vehicle, the second applies to the entire

vehicle, and the third applies to the rear of the vehicle. Also CTA's lower on the arch applies to the tires and wheels.

With this module in place there is no need for any manual prep work to the vehicle.

The wrap mini-mitter combo unit includes the 75" tall Tommy hugger brush with independent air assist.

The mitter curtain is a 4 row circular mitter offering both front to back and side to side action in one.

The triple coat arch has a triple inner manifold foaming style that applies an even coat of foam to the entire car. This arch

focuses on getting the triple foam on the windows without wasting it on the wheels and rocker panel. Arch includes 6

required foam generators.

The contour mini-mitter combo is the final friction cleaning system. This module provides the 4 row circular mitter curtain with the

patented angled contour brushes following.

Your sealer product will be dispensed through the curved hanging rinse manifold. The great thing

about this manifold is it covers the top and also angles in toward the sides to apply sealer to the

sides as well, however still saving water over having a full ring application. The other neat part of

this design is the manifold can easily slide up and down the ladder rack just by loosening the ubolts.

You'll want to be able to adjust these manifolds to get the right volume in the right locations.

Your system will apply drying agent from a hanging rinse manifold that hangs from the ladder

rack system. This way you can move and adjust these applications by simply sliding them around.

They reduce the amount of product usage compared to a rain bar, they also extend around the

sides of the car or truck.

Your system includes 3 blower mount arches. The direct mount arch allows you to position the blowers

around the radius perfectly contouring the car. You can attach up to 8 blowers or positions per arch

totalling 24 total positions in this system. All structure is made of stainless steel.

The blowers will be made with Red plastic housings. The housings provide high velocity air for extreme conveyor

speed drying.

Your high pressure arch will be run by a dual 20 GPM pump station. The Double Stack pumping station is a great

way to save space and money by incorporating two pumps to one water holding tank. This allows both pumps to

draw water and reduces space required. The pump station comes with two Hydra-Cell. Both powered by 15

horsepower electric motors.

The Final Rinse or Spot Free arch is a complete Tommy arch with a full inner ring manifold that extends to the bottom. This arch is the final

arch supporting the ladder rack overhead and caps off the package. Sign panels and lights are an optional addition. When used with a reverse

osmosis water treatment system you would call this the Spot Free Rinse Arch

Your system includes 2 stainless steel hydraulic power units. The power units will provide hydraulic

power to all the wash equipment. This design allows you easy access to speed controllers and keeps the

oil where it belongs, in the tank. Typical hydraulic systems you see pools of oil that leaks from the

valves. Our system incorporates the valves inside of the lid of the tank for a neat clean and all stainless

unit.

Your system will include 2 five horsepower air compressors. This setup allows for sufficient air production while

having the security of a backup unit. Also the staggered operation setup in the controller will allow the air

compressors to stay cooler therefore lasting longer.
